Yes, everyone is welcome regardless of age or gender. However, I primarily recommend gym-based strength training from the age of 16, when the body and skeletal system are generally more prepared for safe and effective resistance training.
Yes. The training sessions are adjusted to your current fitness level, experience, and goals. No previous gym experience or athletic background is required.
During the first session, we discuss your goals, previous experience, possible injuries, and health conditions. After that, we assess your movement and begin working together at your own pace.
It is recommended to bring comfortable sportswear, clean indoor shoes, a towel, and water.
Of course. Many clients return to training after a long break. The goal is gradual and sustainable progress. My classes are also recommended for actively training athletes to improve their technique or body awareness.

If you need to cancel a session, please let me know in advance. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment may still be charged. Detailed conditions will be discussed during the initial consultation.
